A Post-wedding session is a styled photography session designed to complement your wedding day. With perfect locations, ideal lighting conditions, fresh makeup, and all the time we need - we will create a set of images that will become breathtaking heirlooms for generations to come.

Styled Wedding Sessions are perfect if:

1. You prefer a hands off photojournalist approach on the wedding day thus allowing you to redirect the time and photography toward genuine moments with friends and family.

2. You would benefit from the flexibility and creative control of a portrait session at one or more geographical locations of your choice.

3. You would love to experience an extended Bride and Groom portrait session but your wedding timeline does not allow for this.

4. You are looking to invest in a signature portrait or art to honor your love story !

With hair and makeup and your full attire, we will head out for a EPIC portrait session to capture your beauty and love in once in a lifetime portraits. These quality sessions are well-planned relaxed and fun. With time and the sunset on our side we will plan to take advantage of all the beautiful locations and artistic possibilities that may not have been practical otherwise. These supplemental portraits will not only be the visual focus of your wedding album but may also support your wedding timeline.

Why choose a Post Wedding Session | Wedding Planning Tips

A Post-wedding session is a styled photography session lasting about 1-3 hour sessions that occur after your wedding day. With perfect locations, ideal lighting conditions, fresh makeup, and all the time we need, the set of images we create during these sessions become breathtaking heirlooms enjoyed for generations.

Styled Wedding Sessions are perfect if:

1. You prefer a hands off photogaphy approach allowing you to maximize genuine moments with your friends and family.

2. You would benefit from the flexibility and creative control of a portrait session at one or more geographical locations of your choice.

3. You would like a full Bride and Groom portrait session but your wedding timeline does not allow for an extended photo session.

Similar to your engagement session, you will dress up in your attire once again and spend your photo time on a day that ISN’T your wedding day. While we still capture a few portraits on the wedding day, these supplemental portraits will be the focal point of your album and save your timeline.

The Wedding that Started it all

A Nigerian American couple was anxiously awaiting their wedding day. With an A-list venue, we an epic photo session. However, when the day finally arrived and the I-DO’s were said, the bride found herself completely engaged with selfies with guests, sisters from overseas, great grandparents, flowing wine, cousins on the dance floor, and a newly minted hubby who intensely desired some genuine moments with his now-wife.

There was no way to depart for photos without ruining the sanctity of the celebration. We postponed the photos. Focusing all of our efforts in capturing the love and family yielded a rich and emotional gallery of images. we captured everything (and everything in between) that was experienced and felt that day.

The next week we met again. Hair and Makeup - Tux and Dress! We held a special photo session at the venue in addition to 3 other sentimental locations . Their Gallery was topped off with many beautiful heirloom-quality images and an archive quality album that they will have for a lifetime !

There is nothing worse than obtaining a beautiful space for bright and airy photos and then having to capture photos in the basement or reception hall due to bad weather! Post Weddings offer a stress-free contingency plan to allow us to preserve our opportunity. We can roll with the punches by simply rolling the portraits to a different day!

Wedding Timelines can sometimes get a little CRAZY !

Wedding day schedules can leave you with little time to catch your breath. A post wedding day session allows you the option of reducing the time allocated of your bride and groom portraits from 90 minutes to 15. A post-wedding session may allow us to place up nearly an hour and a half back into your wedding schedule. On a wedding day this time can be priceless !

You don’t want to compromise on a great location !

We can’t keep your hungry guests waiting while you hike up a mountain for legendary and memorable wedding portraits. But that does not mean that we cut them out entirely. There is always tomorrow. If you have a vision than we have the team that can make it happen. Let’s make the most of it.
